Prompt Payment Code

helen4521

The Prompt Payment Code (PPC) was created by the UK government in 2008 in response to a call from businesses for a change in payment culture.

The Office of the Small Business Commissioner (SBC) set standards for payment practices between organisations of any size and their suppliers that commit them to paying on time and fairly.

At RBHR we have always prided ourselves on paying our suppliers in a timely manner as we deal with a lot of SMEs. Being a small business, we understand the need for invoices to be paid on time, it is very important for cashflow.

Being recognised and added to the PPC list is a like having a 5-star review!

As signatories we have agreed to pay suppliers on time and within agreed terms. We will endeavour to give clear guidance to suppliers on terms, dispute resolution and prompt notification of late payment. We have also agreed to support good practice throughout their supply chain by encouraging the adoption of the code.

We are proud to be a member of the code and we encourage others to do the same.
